Turnkey projects
Can you build a pig farm from scratch?
Yes. We plan, build, equip and commission pig farms, from the master layout and the pig houses to feeding, climate control, manure handling, feed mills and staff training.
What do you need to start a proposal?
The number of sows or pig places, the site and its size, the local climate, local building and environmental rules, your target start date and the market you sell into. Rough information is enough for a first layout.
Can I buy only part of the project?
Yes. Many customers buy the equipment for one stage, or a feed mill, first. We still check that it fits the rest of the farm layout.
Do you rebuild or upgrade old farms?
Yes. We can upgrade housing, feeding, climate and manure systems on an existing site.
Which production stages do you cover?
Mating and gestation, farrowing, nursery and finishing, plus the boar stud and insemination centre, the feed mill, manure treatment and biosecurity.
Do you plan for future expansion?
Yes. Tell us about later phases and we draw the master layout so that new houses and services fit the first ones.
Products and customisation
Are sizes and configurations fixed?
No. Dimensions, materials and configuration are customised to your herd size, climate and local rules, and agreed with you before quotation.
Are the specifications on your product pages final?
They are typical reference values to help you compare. Final specifications are confirmed with you before quotation.
Do you give prices on the website?
No. Prices depend on size, configuration and scope. Send us your requirements and we reply with a quotation.
Can you supply a complete equipment list for a house?
Yes. For each house type we prepare a list of pens, floors, feeding, drinking, climate and manure equipment.
Can I get a datasheet?
Yes. Use the Request datasheet button on a product page, or ask us for the products you need.
Do you offer welfare-friendly housing?
Yes. Group housing for sows, electronic sow feeding and welfare farrowing pens are available, for markets with welfare requirements.
Installation, service and shipping
Who installs the equipment?
Our installation teams install and commission the equipment. The scope for each project is agreed in the contract.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. Staff training is part of a project, and we agree the content and timing with you.
Do you provide spare parts?
Yes. A list of wear parts and spares is agreed with the equipment order.
What warranty do you give?
Warranty terms depend on the equipment and are agreed per project in the contract.
How is equipment shipped?
Equipment is packed for sea or road shipping. The method and the shipping terms are agreed per order.
Can you help with documents my country requires?
Please tell us which documents your market needs, and we will confirm what we can provide.
Pig farm planning
How do I decide between stalls and group housing for sows?
Stalls make individual feeding and observation simple. Group housing gives sows more room and is required or preferred in some markets. Local rules and your management style should decide.
Should I make my own feed?
It depends on the herd size, the price and supply of raw materials, and your skills. A mill gives control over formulas and cost, but needs staff, space and quality control.
What is smart sow feeding?
Each sow wears an electronic ear tag. A feeding station reads it and gives her own ration, even in a group house.
How do I plan manure handling?
Plan it with the pig house: scrapers or slurry pits decide how wet the manure is, and land, local rules and your goal decide the treatment chain.
Why does biosecurity belong in the master layout?
Because the routes of vehicles, people, pigs, feed and carcasses are set by the layout, and it is cheaper to build them in than to add them later.
