The project path

Every project follows the same path, so you always know what comes next.

Step What happens What you receive
1. Enquiry You tell us your herd size, site, market and timeline A named contact and a list of what we still need
2. Proposal We analyse your requirements and draw a layout A layout and an equipment list, discussed with you
3. Quotation and contract The scope is agreed in detail, then priced A quotation based on the agreed scope, then a contract
4. Manufacturing and delivery Equipment and materials are made and shipped Shipping information and documents
5. Installation and commissioning Our installation teams install and test the systems A working farm, ready for pigs
6. Training and handover Staff training, then handover of the farm Trained staff and the operating documents
7. After-sales Spare parts and technical support Support through our team

Before the contract

We start from your requirements, not from a catalogue. The questions we ask:

  • How many sows, or how many pig places, and which production system?
  • Where is the site, how large is it and what are the climate and the utilities?
  • Which building, environmental and welfare rules apply?
  • When do you want to start, and will the farm be built in phases?
  • Which market do you sell into, and do you want to make your own feed?

From the answers we draw the master layout and the equipment list. You can read how we think about this in our guide How to plan a sow farm.

Installation

Installation is carried out by HNYZ Group installation teams, who work from the installation drawings and coordinate the interfaces between buildings, equipment and utilities. On a turnkey project the same team that planned the layout is responsible for the result.

Training and support

Training covers daily operation, cleaning, maintenance and reading the data from feeding and climate systems. We agree the content and the timing with you. After handover our team supports you by email.

Spare parts

Wear parts for feeding, drinking and ventilation equipment are listed with the order, so that you can keep the farm running between services.

Documents

Please tell us at the enquiry stage which documents your country requires for import and for the farm, such as certificates of conformity or technical files. We confirm what we can provide.
