What turnkey means
A turnkey pig farm is a farm that is handed over ready to receive pigs. Instead of hiring a designer, a builder, several equipment suppliers and an installer, you work with one company that is responsible for how the parts fit together. HNYZ Group plans the farm, supplies the buildings and equipment, installs them and trains your staff.
The benefit is mostly about interfaces. Pens, feeding lines, ventilation, manure pits and electrical supply have to match each other. When one party draws and delivers all of them, mistakes between suppliers are far less likely.
The five stages
| Stage | What we do | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Planning | Site analysis, flow of pigs, feed, people and manure, master layout and renderings | Land size and shape, location, herd size, local rules |
| Construction | Civil works and steel-structure pig houses | Local building codes, access for machinery |
| Equipment and biosecurity | Pens, floors, feeding, drinking, climate, wash-down and disinfection | Choices on welfare and housing system |
| Energy and manure | Manure treatment and resource recovery | Land for spreading, local discharge rules |
| Operations | Staff training and production support | Names and experience level of your team |
