Insulated Sandwich Panels
Steel-faced insulated panels for pig house walls and roofs, smooth to wash and stable in temperature.

Pig House Construction · B01
Galvanised light steel frames that go up quickly and can be sized to the herd and the climate.
Sizes and configuration are customised to the project; details are agreed with you before quotation.
Light steel houses use galvanised columns, rafters and purlins that are fabricated in the factory and bolted together on site. The clear-span frame leaves the interior free of columns, which suits pen layouts, feeding lines and ventilation ducts. The envelope can be fitted with insulated panels, curtains or windows, depending on the climate.
No columns inside the house, so pens, feeding lines and ventilation ducts can follow the layout instead of the structure.
Members are cut, drilled and treated in the factory, which shortens site work and keeps quality steady.
Wind, snow and insulation requirements are calculated for the site and built into the design.
Typical reference values. Final dimensions, materials and configuration are customised to your project and confirmed with you before quotation.

Why HNYZ Group
Faster than masonry, because the frame is made in the factory. The time depends on size, season and foundation work; we give a schedule with the proposal.
Yes, if the design allows for it. Tell us about future phases so the frame and the service routes are planned for them.
Yes. Building and equipment can come from one supplier, which keeps drawings, interfaces and delivery dates under one responsible party. You can also buy only the part you need.
From the number of pig places, the pen layout and the feeding and ventilation systems. Tell us the herd size and site, and we propose a width, length and eave height.
The structure is calculated for the wind, snow and other loads you give us. Please send the local requirements early so they can be built into the design.
Civil works and steel-structure houses are part of a turnkey project. The scope for each project is agreed in the contract.
Yes. We can plan the master layout for the full farm and build it in phases, so that later houses fit the first ones.
No. Dimensions, materials and configuration are customised to your herd size, climate and local rules, and agreed with you before quotation.
They are typical reference values to help you compare. Final specifications are confirmed with you before quotation.
Our installation teams install and commission the equipment. The scope for each project is agreed in the contract.
Warranty terms depend on the equipment and are agreed per project in the contract.
